The mesmerizing and beautiful scenery of the Chart House from the high-rise building is undoubtedly the reason it is at the top of my list of romantic restaurants. The place has a big hall, massive seating space, enough staff, and a seamless service. Not only this, the menu has several seafood items, perfectly apt for American customers.

Before we jump into the menu, let us discuss its beautiful scenery, which was why we first visited this place. Located 750 ft above the ground, this place gives you a 360 bird’s eye view of the entire Texas, San Antonio, which is the biggest attraction for customers here. If possible, do visit this place around sunset so you get to experience the best views.

Lastly, let us talk about the menu really quickly. The expansive menu is filled with seafood and steak specialties, which keeps changing every other weekend, so each time you visit there, they will have something interesting to eat. The food standards are pretty high, and the food is rich in flavor, which is definitely an advantage.

If you are planning a staycation with your loved one and want to make the experience memorable, Signature is the right place. The entire space has romantic vibes, from the resort to the spa and mess. The place was originally a farmhouse, now owned by chef Andrew Weissman Signature and now run by chef John Carpenter.

Speaking of the menu, it has an expansive list of dishes from all over America so that you won’t miss anything. I prefer their Maine scallops, Caesar salad, and beef steak, though you have an entire list of dishes to explore. The good news is that the menu does rotate on special occasions in the evening, making the experience more enjoyable.

When it comes to the interior, this place has an amazing rustic and vintage theme, so you will get to see a lot of dramatic lighting, traditional rugs, and antique pieces made up of dark wood. The ambiance undoubtedly gets you the first time. Apart from the mess, this place has a lot of small sites, including the La Cantera Resort, a big manicured golf court, and a spa.

If you want to spend your date night somewhere cozy and small-town-ish, Ocho is the place for you. It is located on the riverwalk and has a rich interior, not to mention amazing food choices. The staff is few but kind and efficient in their job, and you won’t experience any inconvenience.

Located at Hotel Havana, downtown Texas, this place is based in a silent neighborhood. Speaking of the interior, it has a beautiful chandelier, velvet chairs, and big windows for the river view. The long corridors filled with natural daylight and green elements add to its scenery.

Ocho also specializes in pro-Latin cuisine overlooked by chef Jesse Kuykendall, who is also the winner of Chopped, a famous show on Food Network. You will get hints of Mexican, Cuban, and Texas cuisine. My favorites here are the black beans, churros, and beer-marinated BBQ.

4. Brasserie Mon Chou Chou

Nothing is more romantic than a cozy French place with a Parisian vibe and amazing food options, which is why you should visit Brasserie Mon Chou Chou. It is one of the best places for couples who want to have a superior dining experience.

It is located adjacent to Pearl Pkwy and Hotel Emma, which is not a really crowded place. Also, when you enter the restaurant, it is equipped with detailed tile floors, modern seating, and vibrant lighting. Also, the open kitchen space with people working further adds to it.

Now, coming to the menu, it specializes in traditional French cuisine with an expansive menu, including cordon bleu and croque monsieur, along with some breakfast options. The wine collection is incomparable for anyone with a taste. Also, the staff is pretty kind.

Upscale, modern, and full of life, if you want to spend a romantic dining experience at such a place, Rebelle is a place to visit in the historical St. Anthony Hotel, Texas. Based in the center of San Antonio, the hotel is easy to get, and you won’t get much traffic. The place is mostly not busy, so you will enjoy the experience without being bothered by crowds.

First, let us discuss the dining experience, which is undoubtedly the highlight of this place. It has the best seafood you can get from the East Coast, including parmesan butter, king crab, charbroiled shrimps, BBQ specialties, blackened redfish, and much more. The ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are rich, which is rare when it comes to seafood.

Finally, speaking of the environment, the dark lightning, disco theme, and massive bar make it a great place for couples after a hectic working week. The bar features beautiful shades of purples and blues that strike modern scenery and add to its beauty. You will also like the drink options, especially the Rebelle’s signature cocktails.
